We are looking for a full-time caregiver for our Licensed Adult Residential Facility located in Brentwood, Ca. (Contra Costa County)
Duties include but are not limited to:
-prepare residents for their day programs in the morning (meal prep for breakfast/lunch, bathing, dressing, medication administration, etc…)
-provide transportation to doctor and dentist appointments and weekend outings using the facility’s insured vehicle.
-light housekeeping
Experience is a plus, but paid training will be provided. Applicants must be CPR and first aid certified with a clean valid drivers license and record. Applicants must be able to pass fingerprinting requirements. Within the first year of employment, employee will be required to attend and pass state DSP1 certification classes and testing.
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Starting pay is $21/hour. Hourly rate will increase by 10% after a full year of employment. We also offer a state sponsored retirement plan. 2 weeks of paid time-off will be granted after a year of service.
