Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Associate Pediatric Dentist to join our growing team immediately. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with children and young adults, has an excellent chair-side manner, and is dedicated to making a positive impact in the community.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care, including exams, cleanings, fillings, and preventive treatments.
- Foster a welcoming and supportive environment to help children feel comfortable during dental visits.
- Educate patients and parents on proper oral hygiene and preventative care.
- Collaborate with the dental team to maintain high standards of care and professionalism.
- Manage patient care efficiently while maintaining a high level of patient satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Active California dental license.
- Completion of a pediatric dentistry residency program.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with both children and parents.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Part and Full-time positions available. The ideal candidate able to work Saturdays and takes a week day off.
Compensation:
- Competitive compensation based on experience.
- Compensation includes a base daily rate and a percentage of collections.
