Behavior Technician (In-Home ABA Therapy)
Location: Hercules, San Pablo, Concord
Hourly Wage: $24–$30/hour
Natural Behavioral Solutions, a compassionate ABA therapy provider, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our supportive team. We specialize in delivering high-quality, culturally responsive in-home therapy services, with the tools and training to help you succeed.
Requirements:
Monday - Friday 3:30-6:00pm minimum availability required
Work experience with children is required

What You'll Do:
Deliver ABA therapy programs and protocols in client homes.
Collect and input accurate session data using company-provided tools.
Work closely with supervisors to tailor programs to client needs.
Support clients in achieving independence and community integration.
Attend monthly trainings and team meetings.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Experience working with children under the age of 10 years (required).
Experience working with individuals with special needs (preferred).
Ability to lift 50 pounds and assume a variety of physical postures (required).
Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance.
Multilanguage speakers encouraged to apply (Spanish preferred).
