Luxe Cruises and Events Wedding Coordinators bring our charter clients visions of a dream wedding celebration aboard one of our four luxury yachts. You will plan and prepare their ceremony and/or reception, as you interface with the Executive staff and crew to ensure all the details will come together on their special day. You will assist them with menu planning, floor plan creation, and recommend our preferred and outside vendors for additional services.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
-BA Degree
-Proven work experience as a Wedding Coordinator or similar role (min. 2 years)
-Excellent organizational and time management skills
-Sales Experience Background (minimum 2 years)
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
-Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Event Management, or related field
-Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and event management software
-Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
