The Snug is hiring for our front of house team (servers and bartenders)!
At The Snug we believe that a successful bar begins with a strong foundation. Tasty beverages and warm hospitality are only possible with great people! We are looking for hospitality professionals who can work in a high-paced setting while maintaining a positive attitude both for guests and fellow co-workers.
We are currently seeking FOH HYBRID (Server/Bartender/Host role) to join our team! Bartending experience is a plus, but not necessary, if you are willing and eager to learn. Our ideal candidates are comfortable in a rotating floor position where adaptability is key. This role would sometimes include hosting but primarily serving, bartending, and barbacking depending on the shift. We mix up the roles to keep things fresh, keep all team members engaged and working together, and schedule accordingly based on strengths.
This is a part-time role (with Saturday and Sunday availability a must).

ADDITIONAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Occasionally requires the ability to move, lift, carry, pull or push heavy objects or materials
- Lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
- Must be able to stand for 8+ hours
- Able to climb stairs.
- Ability to carry a tray of beverages.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and coworkers in English.
