About Us: At The Sausage Factory, we pride ourselves on serving up all the classic Italian American dishes and pizzas in a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Our menu is crafted from scratch with care, and we cherish the tradition of old school Italian cooking.
Position Overview: This position is primarily focused on serving our valued guests, but it also offers the chance to step into a managerial role. As a server, you'll be responsible for ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience, including closing procedures and cash handling. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to assist with managerial tasks such as ordering, menu development, and various operational duties.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented mindset
Previous serving experience is preferred
Comfortable with POS systems
Upbeat attitude, even during busy shifts
Dependable and punctual
Basic product knowledge with a desire to expand your expertise
