Sous Chef for Mexican Restaurant

Hiring for immediate full time employment for a Sous Chef for a fast paced, refined Mexican food restaurant. We are a small but quick moving company who plan to expand in the next few years and need a sous chef who is ready to help our company grow and also grow as well. This is a very hands on job that will require skills in prep, organization, scheduling, cooking, and ordering. To be considered applicants should have years of experience in professional kitchen and be willing and able to work full time. Previous sous chef experience is a plus but not a must.
