Purpose Statement:
Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellent service, a friendly and willing attitude, resulting in professional hospitality to all guests and co-workers.
Description of Duties
Including but not limited to:
Oversee guest food service request
Assist in stocking line items/drink items/deliveries as needed or called upon by direct supervisor
Maintain cleanliness.bussing when needed: sweep, mop, wipe down
Maintain hot and cold service lines: stocking/cleaning/shut down
Perform additional tasks as directed by food service management
Assist in overseeing dietary restrictions as need per seating chart
Assist in set up and break down of events: tables, chairs, place settings

Employee must be:
Dependable, responsible, reliable and able to take direction.
Positive attitude towards teamwork and willingness to be supportive to all team members.
Open minded to learn new skills as well as share from past experience as opportunities arise.
Able to work under time sensitive deadlines and perform under pressure
In good physical condition, having full range of motion and able to lift heavy objects in excess of 40lbs.
Be able to follow dress code/handbook.
Dependable on time and reliable.
Education:
High School enrollment/graduated
Any combination of training and experience which would provide the knowledge and abilities to succeed in this position. Training is provided.
