The Candidate (that's you):
Respectful team player, with a strong work ethic, and balanced sense of urgency and attention to detail
At least 1 year of experience as a server or captain in a casual fine dining, high volume restaurant
Knowledge of Italian cuisine, wine and spirits
Passionate about food & wine with a desire to expand this knowledge base and learn more about sustainable food and beverage practices
Serious and passionate about a career in the restaurant biz
This is a full-time position
Benefits:
Combined Hourly Rate: $38 - $42 (base hourly + tips)
