Summary:
The server is responsible for taking orders and serving food to guests. Duties include taking food and drink orders, entering them into the POS system, ensuring that tables are served properly, and collecting payments. In addition, servers will complete side works and projects assigned by management. Must be a team player with a positive attitude and must adapt to the demands of the work environment.
Responsibilities include:
Take food and drink orders from guests accurately and with a positive attitude.
Enter orders into POS systems.
Engage with guests in a friendly manner.
Knowledge of the menu, with the ability to make suggestions.
Check back with guests to ensure they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any
problems.
Collect payments from tables.
Complete side works and other projects assigned by management.
Run food to tables and assist wherever needed.
Requirements:
Teamwork - help others when needed.
Michelin Star’s experience is welcome, but not mandatory.
Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure.
Practices Safety Procedures.
Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised.
Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system.
Ability to follow instructions.
Strong adaptability.
Food Handlers license or being able to get one within 30 days of employment.
