Paradiso Restaurant in San Leandro is looking for experienced hospitality professionals who take pride in their craft and love what they do. For 29 years, we've proudly served the San Leandro and greater Bay Area community with passion, consistency, and a commitment to unforgettable guest experiences.

Who We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Fine dining or upscale experience strongly preferred for server and bartender roles.
- For Line Cooks: Strong grill and sauté station experience is a big plus. Pizza-making experience is even better — we're always looking for well-rounded cooks who can jump in wherever needed.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to hospitality.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and attention to detail are musts - as is someone who has a genuine passion for customer service and being a great team player!
Availability and flexibility are essential — weekends, evenings, and holidays are part of the job.
