What You'll Do:
Oversee daily operations of a cozy and inviting breakfast & lunch café.
Manage a small, talented team of 3 staff members.
Maintain an excellent guest experience by ensuring exceptional service, quality, and atmosphere.
Lead and mentor the team, fostering a positive and motivated work environment.
Handle operational tasks, including inventory, staff scheduling, and managing cash flow.
