We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate Restaurant Manager (Maitre D’) to join our team! Key Responsibilities:
Daily Operations: Oversee all aspects of the dining room, ensuring smooth service, proper table management, and overall guest satisfaction.
Scheduling & Staffing: Create and manage weekly staff schedules, ensuring proper coverage and efficiency. Adjust based on reservations, private events, and demand.
Guest Relations: Act as the face of the restaurant, greeting guests, handling reservations, and resolving service issues professionally.
Liquor Inventory & Compliance: Manage liquor ordering, inventory control, and cost management to ensure profitability. Monitor and enforce liquor laws, staff certifications, and responsible alcohol service.
Beverage Program Management: Work with the GM to develop cocktail and beverage menus that complement the food offerings while maintaining proper pricing and profit margins.
Training & Development: Implement training programs to maintain high service standards and ensure staff is knowledgeable about the menu, wine pairings, and cocktails.
Coordination with Kitchen & Bar: Work closely with the Executive Chef, GM, and bar staff to ensure service timing, product availability, and execution align with operational goals.
Banquet & Event Support: Assist with banquet operations as needed, ensuring seamless coordination for private events and special dining experiences.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure all service protocols, health codes, and workplace safety regulations are adhered to.
Event Coordination: Assist with VIP guests and private dining experiences to maintain a premium guest experience.
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years in restaurant management or Maitre D’ role with experience in service, operations, and beverage programs.
A leader with strong interpersonal skills, capable of managing both front-of-house service and liquor inventory.
A problem-solver who thrives under pressure and can handle last-minute changes with ease.
Knowledge of liquor cost management, ordering, and responsible alcohol service laws.
Experience with reservation systems, POS systems, and staff scheduling software.
Passionate about hospitality, guest service, and team leadership in a fast-paced environment.
