The Butchers Son is looking for a responsible and reliable part time/seasonal production assistant
Hours are flexible but generally :
4am -12:30pm Monday - Friday
Responsibilities include:
-Daily prep/production in our meat, cheese or pastry departments as needed
-Filling weekly orders as they come in
-Daily clean up including but not limited to washing dishes, sweeping and mopping, cleaning and sanitizing machinery and tables
Must be able to work independently and with others
Must be able to work standing for 8 hours
Must be able to lift 50 pounds constantly
Experience working in a kitchen is preferred but we are willing to train the right person
