Know any cooks that would be up for cooking 1 day a week Sunday Supper Series for a family?
Cash on the 1st of the month, even if the family goes on vacation the cook will get paid. Just putting it out there in case you or a friend would be down.
You: have worked at James Beard Nominated restaurants, already have a job, but are free to cook on Sundays, you love the farmers market, and you want to spend time doing some R+D on the dishes, cuisines, and techniques you are most passionate about. Bonus points for rustic Asian dishes.
Me: I’ll take care of the market costs and will pay you on top of that so you can develop your dishes. Meaningful to me if you have a background in fine dining restaurants and if we have mutual friends and professional connections in common.
Could lead to private chef position with another family in Menlo Park to cook at a home and office on Mondays - another one day a week gig.
