YMCA Camp Campbell is a year-round Outdoor School, Conference Center & Summer Camp. Our kitchen provides guests with daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner250-300 guests per meal. We are hiring fantastic food folks to join our stellar crew. The following positions are available -
Prep Cook (Experience baking and/or preparing allergen-free options is preferred) - Measure ingredients and seasonings used in cooking. Prepare ingredients, wash and cut vegetables, cut and marinate meat, and other prep as assigned. Undertake basic cooking duties, such as reducing sauces and parboiling food. Prepare simple dishes, such as salads and desserts; dishwashing/cleaning responsibilities are also important duties for this position.
Dishwasher (Kitchen Helper) - Washes all wares including pots, pans, flatware, and glasses, by hand or using dishwashers. Correctly places and stores clean equipment, dishes, and utensils in assigned storage areas. General cleaning (sweep/mop, trash/recycling, etc.) May aid with food prep as directed.
Shifts will primarily be 12-8:30 pm; Tuesday – Saturday.
Part-time and Full-time positions are available.
