We are looking for a AM prep cook
Qualifications/Responsibilities
1 year experience working with and shaping dough (high/medium hydration)
Experience working in pizza is a plus!
Strong attention to detail, professional attitude, cleanliness
Receive and organize produce, and raw products.
Ensure appropriate food storage
Prepare simple sauces and dressings following recipes.
Learn and follow recipes from the Chef.
General knife handling.
Cook food items by frying, sauteing, baking
Pay is based on experience.
