Red bird bakery is looking to hire an assistant pastry baker at our Sebastopol location. Candidate must be organized, pay attention to detail, efficient and work well with others.
Duties include but not limited to:
Morning bake off of laminated doughs.
Scaling ingredients.
Mixing a variety of desserts, doughs, cookies, cakes and fillings.
Understand and accomplish daily lists of pastry tasks.
Work in conjunction with the entire pastry department.
Product development.
Communicate responsibly and respectfully.
Finishing fine pastry and desserts.
Candidate should be able to lift a minimum of 50#
Hours:
40 hours a week. Wednesday - Sunday: 3:00am - 11:30am. Starting pay $20 hr + tips(+DOE)
