We are seeking a Full Time individual to fill our Operations Assistant position. To serve as a Point Person for all departments during the PM shifts for all things that need attention relative to service, function, security, and safety of employees and Members/Guests alike. This position has an ultimate responsibility to ensure a smooth and manageable transition from all PM shifts to the Night Auditor.
Shift includes:
Tuesday - Saturday 6pm - 12am
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Establishes and enforces security procedures for protection of members, guests, and employees and their property; recommends additional controls and/or procedural changes to other departments that will provide increased protection
Coordinates removal of unauthorized vehicles from the club’s property by towing company
Enforces all rules and regulations of club which govern employees
Responds to emergency and fire alarms
Administers CPR and first aid if necessary
Patrols parking lots, all Mayacama roads, pool area and Maintenance; prevents unauthorized vehicles and people from using parking lots
Notes any deficiencies in club’s security measures
Completes written reports of all complaints and/or violations
Maintains accurate log of all security staff activities
Reports maintenance, lighting, plumbing and electrical problems immediately
Develops procedures for assuring the security of all the club’s facilities, assets and grounds
Responsible for other duties as assigned
Cover Concierge & Guest Services breaks
Cover Shuttle or Gatehouse shifts if necessary(Occasional Overnight Front Desk)
Help with check ins and ride requests
Completes Daily Checklist
Assist with GS duties; Check-ins, making keys, rollway’s, all member requests, etc.

Strong organizational skills; ability to manage priorities and workflow
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities
Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds
Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace
Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft office, including, but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook and high level of technological literacy.
