We are debuting a new izakya (Japanese brewpub) concept at West End Tap & Kitchen. We are looking for cooks that care about what they make and want to progress in their career. Japanese cooking experience is not necessary, but experience in sushi is a plus.
We will be focusing on California-Asian fusion and will be seafood oriented. We will have programs that will include fermentation(lacto-ferments, kojis, black garlic etc), and a raw bar focusing on whole fish butchery.
We are very excited to bring new food to the westside. Our chefs will be creating a kitchen culture that allows for great food to be made and prepares cooks for a fruitful career in the industry.
