We are currently looking for store managers to join our team to manage our bustling cafe restaurant, serving boba tea, and Taiwanese and Chinese fares.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- management experience preferred but not required, depending on experience
- energetic personality
- service-oriented approach to all things
- Good English and general communication skills
- fluent in at least one of Mandarin, Taiwanese, Cantonese
The manager will be responsible for managing the store, including:
- shift management and training
- resolving customer issues
- maintain high customer service and cleaning standards
- basic store reporting/financials
- inventory management
