LELE KITCHEN is a newly opened upscale casual restaurant in Los Gatos, blending the freshness of California farm-to-table cuisine with the bold flavors of Eastern Europe. Our intimate 45-seat restaurant is open for dinner service from Thursday to Monday, 5 PM to 9 PM. With a small but passionate cooking team, we got approval from the community for our fresh ingredients and artistic presentations. Now, we’re looking to elevate our menu and become a culinary destination in the South Bay.

We are searching for a passionate, experienced, and self-motivated culinary professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and shares our commitment to creativity and quality. We have a lot of space for improvement and growth. You will be shaping us and working on some awesome projects.

WHAT YOU BRING:

- Culinary Background: Experience in casual yet elevated dining, with preference for candidates who have worked or staged at Michelin-recognized restaurants.

- Passion for Excellence: A keen eye for detail and a love for creative, high-quality cuisine.

- Seasonal Expertise: Familiarity with Californian farm-to-table cooking and an interest in modern culinary techniques and food trends.

- Team Spirit: Strong team-player skills and a positive attitude.

- Drive to Succeed: Self-motivation, dedication to quality, and the ability to work independently while aligning with the restaurant’s vision.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Prep seasonal ingredients, including farm-fresh produce, local seafood, and lean meats.

- Ensure consistency and quality in every dish.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.

- Execute real-time cooking and plating with precision and artistry.

- Assist in station maintenance and uphold high standards of hygiene and professionalism (yes, labeling).

- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

- Flexibility and enthusiasm to grow.

SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION:

- Work Schedule: Thursday through Monday 12-10, on average.

- Salary: Based on experience.
