A brand new Japanese Ramen Restaurant in Fremont is searching for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Floor Leader to be the heart of our Front-Of-House team
Job Summary:
As a key leader in our dining room, the Front of House Supervisor/Lead Server is essential to our daily success. You will guide our service team, ensure an exceptional guest experience, and maintain the high standards of our establishment. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about hospitality.
What You'll Do:
Lead the floor during service, oversee and train the FOH team to ensure a seamless and positive dining experience.
Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, administering staff breaks, staff scheduling, table management, inventory management and coordinating with kitchen staff.
Uphold our commitment to quality by inspecting all food and beverages before they reach the guest.
Act as a key point of contact for guest relations, expertly handling any issues to ensure satisfaction.
Handle voids, comps, and other service adjustments with professionalism and discretion.
Champion health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe and compliant environment for both staff and guests.
Collaborate with management to innovate and continuously improve our service standards.
What We're Looking For:
A seasoned professional with at least 2 years of leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant.
A true hospitality expert with strong serving skills and the ability to confidently lead a team.
Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
A calm and professional demeanor, even under pressure.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required (6-day availability).
Japanese speaking is a plus
Compensation and Benefits
Hourly Wage + Tips = $100K+
