The Ideal Candidate:
Has a minimum of 1 year of kitchen experience, with familiarity in using an Asian wok
Maintains a clean and organized work environment, strictly adhering to health and safety codes
Can follow chef recipes and assist with delivery breakdowns
Organizes refrigeration units efficiently and ensures proper FIFO (First In, First Out) practices to minimize food waste
Is a team player, works well with others, and communicates effectively
Can thrive under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Responsibilities:
Assist in food preparation and cooking with a focus on dishes
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times
Help manage inventory and delivery breakdown
Follow recipes and instructions from the chef accurately
