We’re currently looking for a passionate and reliable Line Cooks & Food Preps to join our back-of-house team. If you love working in a fast-paced kitchen, have a respect for traditional flavors, and take pride in your work—we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook dishes according to traditional Mexican recipes and restaurant standards
Prep ingredients including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, making salsas, sauces, etc.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Safe food storage and temperature control
Work efficiently with the kitchen team to ensure timely service
Handle rush hours and large tickets
Assist with opening, closing, and daily kitchen setup
Communicate with front-of-house and kitchen staff as needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a line cook or food prep role (Mexican cuisine a big plus!)
Able to follow recipes and presentation standards
Communicate professionally with positive attitude
Strong knife skills and ability to multitask under pressure
Must be punctual, reliable, and team-oriented
Food handler’s certification (or willingness to obtain)
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a bonus but not required
