Responsibilities:
·Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory and customer service
·Manage and train staff to ensure high performance and adherence to health and safety standards
·Ensure a warm, high-quality dining experience for all guests
·Monitor food quality and work closely with the kitchen team
·Control costs, optimize sales, and manage the restaurant budget
·Effectively handle customer inquiries, complaints and feedback
·Maintain a clean and orderly restaurant environment
Requirements:
·Experience as a restaurant manager, preferably in hot pot or similar catering establishments
·Strong leadership and team management skills
·Excellent customer service and communication skills
·Ability to work and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
·Familiarity with restaurant management software
·Understanding of health and safety regulations
·Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
