Trattoria 360 is a positive-energy restaurant. We are passionate about great food, a welcoming atmosphere, and providing top-tier service to our guests.
We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and energetic Host to join our team and be the first face guests see when they walk through our doors!
Job Responsibilities:
Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm, setting the tone for a great dining experience.
Manage waitlists and reservations efficiently, ensuring smooth guest flow.
Guide guests to their tables while maintaining an organized seating rotation.
Communicate wait times clearly and accurately.
Assist with takeout orders and general front-of-house duties as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and entrance.
Collaborate with staff and management to provide top-notch hospitality.
SCHEDULE:
FRIDAY: 4:45-9:30 PM
SATURDAY – 4:45-9:30 PM
You will also need to be available for busy days which include Valentines, Mother’s day, Easter etc.
What We’re Looking For:
Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure.
Previous restaurant experience is a plus but not required.
Availability to work evenings and weekends.
A team player who takes pride in creating a great guest experience.
