Saltbreaker is seeking a Sous Chef to join our team!

Who you are:
- A current Sous Chef with strong leadership on the line and off
OR
- A current Lead Line Cook with serious skills & technique and motivation to develop
Requirements & Duties:
- Have demonstrated skill and technique to prep, cook across all stations, and expo
- Support the Executive Chef in supervising, training, and engaging kitchen staff
- Lead by example through respectful and positive communication, management, and actions
- Assist in menu creation
- Perform ordering and inventory tasks
- Ensure high standards of food quality, food safety, and sanitation are maintained
- Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs; stand and walk for extended periods of time; bending, squatting, stretching; loading and unloading heavy equipment or boxes; make continuous repetitive motions.
