BOUNTY HUNTER Walnut Creek is RE-LAUNCHING this fall with a new concept, menu and vibe! Be a part of the exciting re-opening under NEW management, and whole new team. We are seeking an Assistant General Manager and Chef de Cuisine.

Located in the heart of Downtown Walnut Creek, the Bounty Hunter is a place where you can enjoy wine, food and spirits. We offer incredible food, an impressive selection of fine wines, and a full bar with a creative cocktail menu. Perfect for a business dinner, dinner with a group of friends or a romantic date night out! Similar to our original location in Napa, Walnut Creek Bounty Hunter not only boasts a wine list of small selective producers from California, but a large inventory of international wines, available to taste or enjoy with a meal in our lush and sophisticated setting.

These manager roles are salary positions, expected to work 40-50 hours a week (5 days a week with 2 days off in a row).

This role includes overseeing and directing the daily restaurant operations, staffing (including but not limited to hiring and training), maintaining policies and standards, and harmonizing the team around the restaurant's mission and values. This individual should lead the team to create a positive and productive working environment, while always being focused on creating and fostering the hospitality experience for all guests.

Requirements/Characteristics:

A hard-working team player that values and leads with honesty and integrity

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with BH Ownership as well as new management group

Ability to work quickly and efficiently, must be technologically saavy, proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word); In Design and Square POS experience is a plus

Experience working in a fast-paced dining environment

Passion for hospitality and must possess a strong food and wine knowledge

Flexible schedule, 3+ years management experience

Must be able to carry boxes and lift up to 50lbs

Must have or be able to obtain all necessary certifications including - RBS Training (FOH only), Sexual Harassment Certification, Manager Food Handlers Certification.
