Lele Kitchen – a brand-new Los Gatos, 47-seat restaurant seeks talented and passionate Servers. Our concept features a California-inspired Eastern European nostalgia menu, paired with locally produced beverages. We're planning to welcome our first guests in late September for a dinner (5pm - 10pm).
WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Experience in the food industry, preferably in fine dining establishments;
- Strong knowledge of different types of ingredients and beverages;
- Ability to upsell and recommend wine pairings;
- Familiarity with menu planning and meal preparation;
- Excellent communication and customer service skills;
- Certification or training in sommelier studies is a plus;
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Authorized to work in the US;
- Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certificate;
- California Food Handler Card.
