We are looking for a skilled Indian chef to join our new restaurant in Fremont. You will be responsible for preparing a variety of classic and popular Indian dishes, managing kitchen operations, and helping to create a welcoming dining experience. Key Responsibilities:
Menu Development: Create a focused and efficient menu of popular and authentic Indian dishes that are practical for a new restaurant.
Operational Setup: Establish kitchen layout, organize equipment, and set up food inventory and ordering systems from scratch.
Quality Control: Ensure high standards for food quality, taste, and presentation.
Efficiency: Implement operational practices to maximize speed and minimize waste.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a chef, specializing in Indian cuisine.
Strong knowledge of traditional cooking methods.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
