Our iconic beachside destination, Smiley’s Saloon, Hotel & Kitchen is seeking guest executive chefs to work with our skilled kitchen team to produce pop-up menu experiences between November - March. We are particularly looking for chefs with skill in Asian cuisine, such as Japanese izakaya or ramen, Chinese dim sum or Thai specialties.
Guest executive chefs will have the opportunity to stay in our hotel while working with us. The beach is just a block away! We are also interested in potential long-term partnership opportunities for the right executive chef.
