Good To Eat BOH team is now looking for a new FT team member to join us!

Become a part of our critically-acclaimed team, featured with full-page coverage in the New York Times Critic's Notebook and consistently recognized on "best restaurant" lists by the SF Chronicle, Mercury News, and KQED. If you dined with us before - we are a team of 67 people, we all love small-batch made craft food and serve elevated modern asian flavors with our own creativity and passion. Now we are looking for 1 more FT team member to join us!

We are : Good To Eat Taiwanese Cuisine, located in a nice neighborhood around Emeryville/West Berkeley . We do upsacle quality casual, Craft-minded and Chef-driven daily changed menu dinner place with beer and sake pairing.

We are an indie restaurant, community's favorite, serving elevated asian ( mainly inspired by taiwanese) small plates with beer and sake.

If you want to join an indie restaurant serving quality food to grow your career, this is it.

It's a great opportunity to join our amazing team of 12. (6 FOH and 6 BOH). We are a women-led, immigrant-led restaurant prioritize on building a healthy working environment for all of us to focus on food craft and hospitality career.

We now in search of experienced BOH team member to join our team. We will have a full time opening soon in July. 90% of our team members are all full time and work closely together with pride and focus on food and hospitality career. we have couple of part-time team member too.

This is a great opportunity to join a critically-acclaimed, craft-focused indie restaurant with a kitchen team all care about the food and people, and you can focus on your culinary journey.

[Position open now: Full Time BOH team]

- This position is full time. Working time WEDSAT. 2:3010:30

- Join our strong back of house team. We work closely together everyone to execute all the food craft details.

- You will start as either cold app station. noodle station, or frying station. (must be able to immediately able to run one of our line position at very first beginning), and then will be trained on other hot line position too

- Working days WED-SAT, 2:3010:30pm . you will start from prepping, and during the service we run the service together.

- Daytime prep: we expect you have basic knowledge and skill/speed for the kitchen prep.

- Evening dinner service: you will start from cold app station, noodle station, or frying station . and prepare to be trained on other hot line stations too.

- During the dinner service hour , This position need speed and multi-tasking skill a lot as we are a fast-paced kitchen

- work in open kitchen

- Qualifications: 2 year of professional kitchen experience is preferred, Worked in indie restaurant, or chef-driven restaurant, or quality indie asian restaurant is preferred . if you don't meet these criteria, please give us more intro about yourself and we will evaluate.

- Pay is $1921 to start, with shared tips average $8$12 per hour.
