Position: Floor Manager
Responsibilities:
Knowledge of Italian cuisine, wine, and spirits
Dedicated leadership with attention to detail
Experience coaching and developing a small team
Understanding of inventory and labor controls
Proficient in cash handling and troubleshooting mathematical errors
Recruiting, scheduling, and managing online reservation systems
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Toast POS, and related technology
Ability to resolve conflicts professionally and fairly
Schedule flexibility, including weekends and holidays
Bilingual in English and Spanish (ideal)
