Restaurant/ Bar open Wednesday-Saturday from 5-10pm
Looking for a Floor Manager:
Proficient with Open Table
Setting up restaurant. for each service
Welcoming guests and managing FOH Floor Staff
Able to speak Spanish
Comfortable working within a fast-paced, detail oriented environment
Managing the Front of House hiring, training, coaching and counseling
Mentor and train new ideas and methods of service
Consistently providing organizational strength, with logical, resourceful problem solving
Reasonably respond to staff, guest and vendor issues with firm yet positive Vibe
The Person -
Hospitable, welcoming and knowledgeable w/outstanding customer service skills
Experience as Floor or Assistant Manager
Genuine passion for Mexican food and Mezcal
Must follow through
This is a 30hour work week.
