Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook high-quality proteins, soups, stews, vegetables, and sauces in both large and small batches
Consistently produce the required amount of food to meet our catering needs
Develop and execute innovative menu items
Work independently while maintaining a strong sense of urgency
Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a professional kitchen, with a firm command of cooking fundamentals
Strong background in preparing proteins and making volume batches, including sauces
Experience in menu development is a must
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and thrive in a team environment
Excellent time management and organizational skills
