-Assistant Manager Job-
The Assistant Manager oversees service, ensures quality control, and supports both guests and staff simultaneously. The best individual for this position would be detail-oriented and highly organized all while able to maintain a hospitable and professional demeanor. A background in Italian culture and cuisine would be ideal, though not mandatory. This is mainly a daytime/lunch position, though some evening and holiday shifts will be required. Our target schedule for the assistant manager is Wednesday - Saturday 11am - 3 or 4pm, and all day Sunday.
-Assistant Manager Responsibilities-
Perform the duties of a host, a server, a bartender and/or floor lead, depending on the needs of service.
Support the service team by supervising overall restaurant flow.
Participate in guest relations, ensuring every customer has a positive experience.
Manage comps, voids, and guest check adjustments.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Work closely with other management and ownership.
-Assistant Manager Minimum Requirements-
Leadership experience in a fine dining restaurant or bar.
Service experience with the ability to work as both a server and floor lead.
Proficiency with POS systems.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Food/Beverage safe handling certifications
Able to lift and carry up to 50lbs and be on your feet for 4-6 hours.
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays when needed.
-Assistant Manager Compensation-
$22 - 30 per hour (depending on experience) + tips.

-Support Bartender Job-
The role centers on supporting the lead bartender by maintaining bar appearance and stock levels throughout the shift. Full service bartending duties are also required. Mixing, pouring, and serving guests are absolutely parts of this job. Attitude, availability, and ability to learn are more important than experience, but you should know your way around a full bar. There will be times when you will be bartending on your own. Presently, we need someone who can work 3-4 evening shifts per week with weekend availability.
-Support Bartender Responsibilities-
Maintain a clean and well-stocked bar environment.
Pour wine and mix cocktails as needed.
Ensure bar patrons are accommodated- take orders, answer questions, serve food and beverages.
-Support Bartender Minimum Requirements-
21 years years of age.
Ability to stand 4-5 hours.
Ability to lift 50lbs.
Food/Beverage safe handling certifications.
Punctuality and presentability.
-Support Bartender Compensation-
$18.67 - 20 per hour (depending on experience) + tips.
