Job Description
We are a meal delivery company that takes pride in our commitment to sustainability. We use only reusable containers, and we are currently seeking a hardworking, reliable dishwasher to join our team, specifically to assist in managing our container inventory.
This role is crucial within our organization, as it is essential that all containers are clean, neatly arranged, and prepared for our kitchen team's prep days.
Responsibilities
- Washing and sanitizing all pyrex containers and jars
- Ensuring that all items are handled and stored safely to maintain their quality
- Understanding and adhering to company guidelines on cleanliness and sanitation
- Assisting with other kitchen duties as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not necessary
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Schedule
This is a part-time role 2x per week.
Schedule is Tuesdays and Fridays 9-5:30pm.
We are located in downtown Oakland, two blocks away from the 19th St. BART station.
