We are looking for a dishwasher to maintain cleanliness and organization in our catering company. In addition to cleaning and organizing kitchen equipment, this person will also maintain the cleanliness of our office space and bathroom weekly.
Job Responsibilities:
Use commercial dishwasher and 3-compartment sink to wash kitchen dishes
Clean kitchen on a schedule to ensure sanitary work environment
Unload catering vans
Wrap clean dishes in plastic and put away in storeroom
Carefully clean and handle delicate wares including beverage containers
Sort serving ware to put away in correct locations
Take out trash and recycling daily
Light prep as needed
Clean inside of catering vans to maintain sanitation
Ideal Candidate Qualities:
Experience in high-end kitchens
Attention to detail
Flexible and willing to help out wherever necessary
Must be able to lift 75 lbs
CA Food Handlers Certificate required
