About the Role:

Mollie Stone’s Marketsis looking for a Full-time Deli Manager at our Greenbraelocation. The perfect candidate will have at least 3-5 years Deli experience, 2-3 years of hands-on management experience, great people skills and the ability to inspire a team.

Minimum Qualifications:

An Associates of Art Degree in Business.

One year experience in the product line, or 5 years' experience in the product line and have completed several college business courses or willing to take and complete business courses upon promotion

Competencies:

Acute attention to detail.

Excellent time-management and organizational skills.

Excellent communications skills.

Ability to multitask effectively

Strong computer skills including Microsoft word, Microsoft Excel and customer database systems

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to regularly lift at least 10 lbs.

Standing: Up to 2 hours per day

Seating: Up to 8 hours per day.

Walking: Up to 2 hours per day.

Reaching: Up to 2 hours per day

Please be aware that you may be required to wear Covid-19 related PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) as mandated by Company Policy.

Travel Requirements:

Independent and reliable local travel up to 5% of the time.

Pay rate: $24.25-26.25/hour
