The Ice Cream Bar is a 1930's style soda fountain and ice cream shop, where everything is made in-house, from scratch. We are looking for someone with food service experience, who would enjoy working within a small team at an independent neighborhood restaurant.
SERVER CANDIDATE
must have the ability to do the following:
- help customers quickly and efficiently
- provide counter service
- scoop ice cream, plate desserts
- follow recipes for soda fountain drinks, including cocktails
- make basic espresso drinks
- multi-task and work quickly
- stock and clean as needed
- work independently, when necessary
- perform opening and closing duties
We are looking for someone who will be consistently available.
Shifts are typically
Wed-Thur 1:15-6pm and 5:45-10:30pm
Fri-Sun 12:15-5:30pm and 5:15-10:30pm
Previous food service experience preferred
Must be over 18 years old
Consistent availability required (especially weekends)
Basic uniform required
