Fournee Bakery in Berkeley is looking for a dependable, hard working service professional to join the team. This is a part time position. We are looking for someone who works well on a team, can use a cash register and can communicate clearly and effectively with customers and coworkers. We would also like someone who has an interest in food and local food systems and is willing to learn about the products we make. We also need someone who can perform all of the various physical requirements of the job including but not limited to lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, bending and reaching, going up and down stairs and using a step stool/ ladder. We need someone who is available afternoons and will be in town through the holiday seasons. We close Thanksgiving day and the day after as well as Christmas day and the day after but we are very busy in the lead up to both Holidays and need someone who is available.
