We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Chef/Cook to join our small but busy restaurant and bar team.
About the Role:
This is a hands-on position where you’ll be independently responsible for running the kitchen from start to finish, including:
Food Prep – Preparing ingredients, sauces, and menu items before service
Cooking – Executing meals to order during service
End-of-Day Duties – Cleaning down the kitchen, wiping surfaces, storing food safely
Dishes – Washing all pots, pans, and kitchen equipment at the end of service
General Kitchen Cleaning – Sweeping/mopping floors, emptying bins, maintaining hygiene standards
Stock Management – Keeping track of supplies, minimizing waste, and informing when restocking is needed
What We’re Looking For:
Ability to work independently and manage the kitchen solo
Previous experience in a similar cooking role
Strong time management and multitasking skills
Must speak and understand English
Dependable, with a positive and proactive attitude
Details:
Full-time position available - Tuesday through Sunday, 10am-6pm
Salary: Based on experience
Immediate start preferred
