We serve at a variety of special events, from festivals and fairs to corporate gatherings and private parties. Key Responsibilities:
Line Cook:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Kabob Trolley's recipes and standards.
- Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cooking area.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Prep Cook:
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and preparing sauces.
- Ensure all food items are properly stored and labeled.
- Maintain a clean and organized prep area.
- Assist line cooks as needed.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines.
Cashier:
- Greet customers and take orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handle POS system & credit card transactions.
- Ensure an excellent customer experience by being friendly and attentive.
- Maintain cleanliness of the cashier station and front-of-house area.
- Serve & pour alcoholic beverages. Must be 21+ to apply
- Assist with packing and serving food during peak times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role (line cook, prep cook, or cashier) is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong customer service skills for cashier positions.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be 21+ for cashier
- Must be available to work Evenings & Weekends
