We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Café Supervisor to join our team and contribute to the growth and success of our café.
Job Description:
As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Managing and leading a team of baristas and café staff
Ensuring high-quality food and beverage preparation and presentation
Training and mentoring staff members
Managing inventory and placing orders for supplies
Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
Creating staff schedules and managing payroll
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the café
Implementing marketing and promotional activities to attract more customers
Upholding café policies and procedures
Requirements:
Previous experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and food preparation
Basic understanding of inventory management and ordering processes
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
Food handler's certification (preferred)
