Are you a skilled baker with a passion for high hydration breads? Here at Rosalind Bakery we are seeking a passionate and committed individual to join our team as a bread baking specialist.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in traditional baking techniques and a keen eye for detail. Experience working with naturally leavened bread is essential. Experience with high hydration dough is desired.
In this role, you will be joining the team that is responsible for producing the high-quality bread that we bake on a daily basis. Innovating and experimenting with new grains and techniques to keep our menu fresh and exciting is highly encouraged. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing and shaping hearth loaves, pan loaves, baguette, and other breads
- Maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Following food safety and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a professional kitchen
Strong understanding of traditional bread baking techniques
Experience with whole and freshly milled grains is a plus
Strong attention to detail and a passion for bread
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills
Willingness to work early morning shift
Positive Mental Attitude

Salary: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour plus tips
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
