What you bring to the table:
ï§ 2+ years full service or quick service restaurant experience; youre an artist at anticipating guests needs and always striving to deliver an amazing experience for all.
ï§ 6 months - 1+ years of experience in the position you are applying for.
ï§ Are naturally kind and maintain an optimistic demeanor with a personal commitment and passion for delivering the highest level of service - we are customer centric and make people happy.
ï§ Working knowledge of high-volume restaurant operations and safe, responsible alcohol service if applying for a server or bartender position.
ï§ Previous experience with restaurant point-of-sale (POS) systems, Revel is a plus.
ï§ Team player who looks for ways to help out fellow Compadres whenever needed.
