The Rabbit Hole is a 6-month old woman-owned neighborhood restaurant and full bar in Bernal Heights. We’re building a team interested in delivering a warm guest experience. We’re open for weekend brunch and dinner service Monday through Saturday. Applicants must be available for at least 3 shifts.
The concept includes an Asian-inspired food menu and curated drinks program featuring Asian spirits, creative cocktails, and thoughtful no/low alcohol beverages. Service is integrated so that everyone has an opportunity to learn and grow.
We are looking for FOH team members who are organized, detail-oriented, and eager to execute on the vision. This is a hybrid role that includes working behind the bar and on the floor, from making cocktails to bussing tables. We all pitch in when and where needed.
Responsibilities
Pour and mix drinks
Make recommendations
Follow instructions and recipes
Take food and drink orders
Maintain a clean bar and dining room
Execute with an attention to detail
Set up and break down stations
Maintain high standards of safety and hygiene
Qualifications
Experience as a server and bartender
Familiarity with classic cocktails and proper mixing
Committed to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and safe workplace where people can feel recognized and grow
Ability to maintain positivity under pressure and tight timelines
Servsafe and RBS certified
21+ years of age
Able to lift 40 lbs and stand on your feet for a full shift
Vaccinated against COVID-19
Authorized to work in the United States
