Richmond Republic Draught House is looking for full and part-time team members!
We are an American pub style restaurant and beer bar located on Clement street in the bustling, family friendly Inner Richmond District.
Duties include:
- Pouring beer, wine & cocktails.
- Running food.
- Handling cash, payments and orders both behind the bar and dining room.
- Set up, breakdown, restocking and changing kegs.
- Handling media such as TVs, and sound system.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Shifts are day time shifts, but must have OPEN AVAILABILITY for training and coverage
- Friendly, detail oriented and reliable, ability to multitask in an efficient manner.
- Ability to lift 25lbs and stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to go up and down stairs through out shift
- ServSafe and Responsible Beverage Server/TIPS certification required.
- Knowledge of Toast POS is a plus but not required.
- Knowledge of beer and wine styles, cocktail knowledge is a plus but not required.
- Experience is appreciated but not required, we are willing to train.
Pay is minimum wage plus tips (roughly $34 per/hr) and shift meal.
