Living Room Craft Coffee, a beloved local destination in Silicon Valley, is looking for a dedicated Barista to join our team. Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve high-quality espresso drinks, pour-overs, and other specialty beverages with precision and care.
Create a warm and welcoming environment for all customers, reflecting the values and mission of our Christian coffee shop.
Maintain a clean, organized workspace, and adhere to all health and safety standards.
Engage with customers in a friendly manner, sharing your knowledge and passion for coffee and our shop’s mission.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service and a positive atmosphere.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
A genuine passion for coffee and a desire to grow in your craft.
Strong communication skills and a friendly, team-oriented attitude.
Ability to multitask and remain composed during busy periods.
Flexible availability, including weekends, and a willingness to work as needed.
